Earth Day Birdathon Century Run 2012

On Friday, May 4, from 7am-4pm, the Friends of the Desert Mountains will be sponsoring a birding bus tour. The cost is $50 per person. A student price is also available. We'll be travelling by luxury coach to the Big Morongo Canyon Preserve, the Coachella Valley Wild Bird Center, and the Salton Sea State Recreation Area in search of a minimum of 100 bird species. Your leader will be Kurt Leuschner. Proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Desert Mountains and bird conservation projects in the Coachella Valley.
